Our first field trip was tons of fun. We spent a day at the North Carolina state fair, learning about North Carolina agriculture and local industries.
We traveled to Raleigh to learn more about North Carolina history and government.
In March, we visited the Chapel Hill Museum. We learned about the Lost Colony and even put on our own play!
After practicing on our recorders all year and learning about various composers, we ventured to Raleigh's North Carolina symphony in April!
Our last field trip was lots of fun. We travled to Durham's historic Duke Homestead.
